2-2 Layout

2-2 Layout. Product is palletised in two pallet locations. This design allows three pallets to be placed on the floor on each side

 

3-3 Layout

3-3 Layout. For high speed applications, we decrease the pallet transfer time by using a pallet conveyor to automatically transfer pallets while maintaining nonstop production.

 

3-LW Layout

3-LW Layout. One pallet magazine delivers empty pallets onto two individual stacking lines automatically.

 

2-2 Alternative Layout

This version of the 2-2 Layout shows the Fuji-Ace stacking four pallets at simultaneously.

EC-61 Palletiser

EC-61

The EC-61 is the most efficient robotic palletiser in its class utilizing only 2.3 KVA of power. Given the cycle rateto power ratio this robot provides the most economical solution while meeting moderate production requirements. The EC-61 is available in two models, a high speed solution, the EC-61HS and the EC-61HD for heavy weight applications.

EC-101 Palletiser

Similar to the EC-61, the EC-101 is also a very efficient Robotic Palletiser utilizing only 2.5 kva. The EC-101 offers a higher palletizing capacity than the EC-61 making this a very popular robot among moderate production rates. With two EC-101 models Fuji offers a solution for High Speed (HS) and/or Heavy Weight (HD) applications.

EC-171 Palletiser

The EC-171 robot has the largest working envelope of all Fuji-Ace Robots while maintaining the smallest rotation radius. The EC-171 is energy efficient using only 4 kva while still allowing the robot to work in tight space conditions and accomplishing a very high palletizing rate. With two EC-171 models Fuji can offer a solution for High Speed (HS) and/or Heavy Weight (HD) applications. This is truly a fantastic addition to our product line.

EC-201 Palletiser SystemA completely automated palletiser system doesn't just consist of a robot palletiser. It may require product and pick-up conveyors, pallet magazines, infeeding pallet conveyors, outfeeding pallet conveyors, pallet turners and pushers, turntables, rotary or stretch wrappers, safety guarding and equipment, and control interfaces such as touch screens.

All of these elements need to work together alongside the robot palletiser in harmony in a way that is easily controlled and understood by the operator and that optimised output and minimises downtime.

To meet this need Morray Engineering has worked for the last fifteen years to perfect simple, robust and efficient palletiser systems which are completely scalable to any operational requirement and budget. Each system we produce undergoes a rigorous design and consultation process to identify the customer’s unique requirements with regards to output volume, control methods, pallet configuration and available installation space. Every system utilises a Fuji-Ace robot palletiser at its heart with high quality and elegantly designed conveyor systems and robust safety equipment to maintain user protection.
